What is KUDO Eyewear?

KUDO Eyewear is a Swedish performance eyewear brand based in Falun, Dalarna. It designs sunglasses for cycling, running, cross-country skiing and outdoor endurance sport. The company behind it is a registered Swedish sole trader run by its founder, Walter Söderqvist.

Is KUDO a Swedish company?

Yes. KUDO Eyewear is run by Walter Söderqvist as an enskild näringsidkare registered in Sweden on 14 August 2026, with its seat in Falun, Dalarna, registered for F-skatt and VAT, and registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme for sales to Norway. Full company details are on our contact page.

What sports are KUDO glasses made for?

Cycling and gravel riding, running and trail running, cross-country skiing, and general outdoor training. The single shield lens and wraparound fit suit activities where you move fast and need an unbroken field of view.

Do the lenses provide UV protection?

Yes. All five colourways offer UV400 protection, which blocks ultraviolet light up to 400 nanometres, covering both UVA and UVB.

Can I replace the lens?

KUDO Shield is designed for the lens to be replaceable. Replacement lenses are not on sale yet, and the exact swap procedure will be published when they are.

Which lens colour should I choose?

Pink Mirror for flat, overcast light. Silver Mirror for bright open sun. Ice Blue Mirror for bright snow. Arctic Blue for bright general conditions and open sky. Red Mirror for mixed, variable light. The differences are real but modest — pick the conditions you ride or ski in most.

Are they one size?

Yes. One size, built on a wraparound geometry intended to suit most adult faces.

What comes with my glasses?

KUDO Shield, a hard case and a microfibre pouch.

How do I clean my KUDO eyewear?

Rinse with cool water first, then dry with the microfibre pouch. Dry-wiping grit across a mirror coating is what causes most fine scratching. Avoid solvents, alcohol, washing-up liquid and paper towels.

How should I store them?

In the hard case, not loose in a jersey pocket or rucksack lid. Do not leave them on a car dashboard in summer — heat is harder on coatings than cold.

Orders

Where is my order confirmation?

It is emailed immediately after you order. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us with your order number as soon as possible. If it has not been dispatched we can usually change or cancel it. After dispatch, use your 14-day right of withdrawal instead.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Email us immediately with the order number. Before dispatch we can correct it. After dispatch we may not be able to, and a parcel returned for a bad address may incur a new shipping charge.

Shipping

Where does KUDO ship from?

From Sweden.

Where do you ship to?

Sweden, Norway, the rest of the EU, and internationally.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Sweden is free. Express within Sweden is 99 SEK. Shipping to Norway, the rest of the EU and the rest of the world is 299 SEK. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

I am ordering from Norway — do I pay customs or VAT on delivery?

No. KUDO is registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme, so Norwegian VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout and paid onward to Skatteetaten by us. Your parcel clears the border without the carrier charging you import VAT or a clearance fee. Prices in the Norwegian store are shown in NOK including Norwegian VAT.

How long does delivery take?

We do not publish a delivery estimate yet, because we have not set one. Your dispatch email includes tracking so you can follow the parcel.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Contact us with your order number and we will chase the carrier. Risk sits with us until the parcel reaches you, so a parcel lost in transit is ours to resolve — we will resend or refund.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving it to withdraw, without giving a reason.

Can I try the glasses before returning them?

You may examine them as you would in a shop, including trying them on. Wearing them for a training session goes beyond that, and may reduce the refund proportionately.

Who pays return shipping?

You do, when you simply change your mind. We do, when the product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

I am returning from Norway — anything different?

Only the paperwork. Mark the parcel clearly as returned goods so it is not treated as a new import, and we will tell you exactly how when you notify us. Do not send it cash-on-delivery.

When do I get my refund?

Within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice, though we may wait until the product is back or you show proof it was sent. Refunds go to your original payment method, in the currency you paid in.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Contact us with your order number and a photo. In Sweden you have three years to complain about a defect present at delivery; in Norway, two years, or five where the product is intended to last substantially longer. Defective returns are at our cost either way.

Ambassadors

How do I become a KUDO ambassador?

Applications are handled through our contact form — choose Ambassador as the subject and tell us about your sport and where you are based.

Who can apply, and do I need a certain number of followers?

There is no follower threshold. We are more interested in people who actually train and who represent the brand credibly in their sport. Applicants under 18 need a guardian's consent before any agreement is made.
